Who will inspect the property?
Eric carries out the inspections himself. He can assist in English, Cantonese and Chinese.
How are meth and asbestos tests carried out?
Eric collects the samples. An external New Zealand laboratory performs the analysis. Confirm the sampling scope and quotation with Eric.
How do I arrange an inspection?
Call Eric or send an enquiry. He arranges bookings personally and can discuss timing to suit your needs.
Can I attend or ask questions afterwards?
Clients are welcome to attend. After you have read the report, a follow-up call can be arranged to discuss questions or anything you are unsure about.

Eric serves clients throughout Auckland. Inspections outside Auckland are by arrangement and incur additional travel charges.
