How do I arrange an inspection?
Call Matt or send an enquiry to discuss the property and agree an appointment. Matt handles bookings directly.
Where does Matt inspect?
Matt serves all of Auckland without travel charges. Waikato and Coromandel inspections may be available when his schedule permits and may incur travel costs. Confirm coverage and any travel costs before booking.
Can I arrange meth or asbestos sampling?
Matt offers meth and asbestos sampling. Discuss the sampling scope, laboratory arrangements, fees and results timing with Matt before proceeding.
Can I attend and ask questions afterwards?
Client attendance depends on the agent’s permission and access arrangements, so it cannot be guaranteed. Matt is happy to discuss items in the report after you receive it.
