What inspection work does Jithin carry out?
Jithin personally carries out building inspections, non-invasive moisture testing, thermal imaging, drone roof inspections and sample collection. His residential property inspections follow NZS 4306:2005.
How are meth and asbestos tests arranged?
Jithin collects the samples, with analysis carried out by external laboratories. Confirm the testing scope and fees when requesting your quote.
When will I receive my report?
Reports are generally provided within 24 hours of the inspection. Confirm timing when arranging your inspection. Jithin is happy to explain the findings and answer questions afterwards.
Can I attend or arrange a weekend inspection?
Weekend inspections may be available by arrangement. Clients may attend with the real estate agent’s approval; confirm access arrangements with the agent beforehand.
